I have been working at Swedish Medical Center part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Pretty much anybody can be hired so if you're looking to get your foot in the door this works well. Especially good for medical school applications.

    Cons

Little pay for the amount of work and responsibilities. You have to monitor the patients heart rate, oxygen, it's, you name it and I walk about 8 miles a shift so $11 an hour doesn't cut it.

    Advice to Management

Stop worrying about money and actually train your employees
