Poorly managed, owners don't seem to be very experienced.

I worked at Sweet Peppers Deli full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Overall every one was very friendly and each employee was like family to one another. Gave me a new meaning to the term "TEAM"

    Cons

They are starting to care more about the money than the actual customers and are moving to buy cheaper, lower food quality products.

    Advice to Management

Your not gonna make any money if you keep trying to squeeze out more profit by going cheap on the food and other cost factors. Dissatisfying customers = no sales = no profit = no business!!

    Pros

Good staff. The owners are very good people. They expect you to know your stuff and hold you accountable. The hours are good and not too late or too early.

    Cons

They let a lot of stupid stuff go on. If someone has plans to get rid of you as a coworker, they will allow it to happen.

    Advice to Management

Hold your ground and don't let the managers under you run all over you with a bunch of BS.

    Advice to Management

They were just worried about revenue, employees and employers had a poor relationship.
