I have been working at Swift Capital full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great incentives to do well
Everyone is willing to help in Sales even though you may be competing with each other because they want to see their entire team succeed
    Work hard play hard mentality

    Cons

Not much to say here, who doesn't like free lunch everyone Friday along with company happy hours and events. Sometimes you may not get paid commission and have to live on a small salary for that month

    Advice to Management

Doing great with making employees happy and feeling like they are apart of something special and unique compared to other companies. Maybe have some training on how to handle certain situations that come up with customers on the phone. Can't have too many months where employees aren't getting paid commission if goals are too high. You could work your butt off and not get any additional money for it, so you have to rely on your low salary.

I have been working at Swift Capital full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent pay and solid benefits. Great tech equipment. Never complain about slow computers or internet. Great insight and direction from our Officers and management. Fantastic team culture as well. Lot of people willing to do group outings. Great blend of tech and sales people to diversify our culture. Over the past year have only seen things get better for sales. Manage your own workflow to a degree.

    Cons

Can be repetitive. Lots of time at your desk. The building can be really warm, or really cold sometimes...

    Advice to Management

Keep pushing us in the direction we have been going, and thanks for listening to your employees.

I have been working at Swift Capital full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Swift is a refreshing small company where your hard work is appreciated and your opinion matters. They make sure you get the education you need to do your job well. Management are open-minded, friendly, encouraging and sincere. The perks are great too. Free coffee, soda, fresh fruit, healthy snacks daily and even beer and wine on certain Friday afternoons. I am very happy here.

    Cons

Incentives could be more generous. They have changed to my detriment very recently. Would appreciate the opportunity to work overtime as business warrants.
Vacation weeks should not max out at 3.
Would be wonderful to have a cafeteria and/or be closer to food establishments - although that soon should be a non-issue.

    Advice to Management

Encourage and listen to those who have years of business/corporate experience. Their ideas and suggestions to improve processes and enhance Customer experiences (both internal/external) come from years of working, making a difference and a work ethic instilled by successful companies we have served.

I have been working at Swift Capital full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Competitive pay. Work at your own pace, can pick your own hours (to a degree). Free food.

    Cons

Recent change to Team Lead setup feels overly micromanaged and has removed a good chunk of the communication we were able to have with senior management. They are more detached from what the process is more than ever for sales. They increase goals but do not change our processes in a way that makes it easier, and expect you to work 50-60 hours a week every week to hit high KPI's purely made from the company goals. Team Leads were created with no real structure and are not helping workflow, and often are distractions, and use the new title to take deals and try to have power over things they do not, sometimes even make up policies for their advantage. Underwriting seems detached from this, but sales is toxic. Work/life balance is not a concern and management has been making no changes to improve for months and months.

    Advice to Management

Protect the personal lives of your employees. You don't offer sick time, and you expect more and more and offer nothing in addition for it. I expect this trend to continue...
