I have been working at Swift Energy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There are some good people there.

    Cons

Very much a good ol' boy company where steady and no innovation is the norm.
If you are looking for a company that is growing...this is not the company

    Advice to Management

Sell the company. It is highly leveraged and struggling in the market...the stock is down to $3 from around $13 this year.

    Pros

With the growth rate, there are opportunities opening up every day. We have senior managers that for the most part, truly have their hearts in the rigiht place.

    Cons

The "letting go" is happening too slowly for some people and too fast for others. It would depend which camp you are in as to whether the company is in good stead.

    Advice to Management

Be honest with yourselves and decide that all sr managers are on board with the VMVB program and if they are not, then they are hindering you.
