      Variety of Work, but expect ups and downs of small company

      Pros

      Get to work on a good range of projects. People within a department get along very well.

      Cons

      Work can get very busy and stressful when a big project comes along and dull when there isn't one. Different sides of the company do not work together very often if at all.

      Staff are fun to work with. Good location. Casual environment

      Cons

      No clear vision. Staff not always informed of what's happening. Tough being in the dark at times. Staff not appreciated and often treated as if they're dispensable.
