    You can make a lot of money if you hustle and work late . quality and quantity are in effect here.

    Cons

    Checks are inconsistent ...one pay period can be great and another horrid

    Advice to Management

    Great focused leaders . especially my veteran boss . real leader uses military background to get down and dirty with us to be successful

    I worked at Swift Transportation (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Laredo orientation quick and easy, they only do urinalysis. No hair test. Driving test is easy to pass. A great starter company for new drivers

    Cons

    In cab cameras. Don't fall the drug test, no second chance.

    Equal opportunity and promotions from inside. There is politics between business lanes but still there is a can i help culture around

    Cons

    Bad apples can last long time before leaving . There is rotation of personnel, but it is due the market

    They train you & bring you the oportunity to be a mechanic hand on training good trainers mechanics organized management benefits

    Cons

    Low pay compare with other company, no overtime, poor equipment if you have experience as a mechanic you earn a little bit more

    Good starter company. Was getting about 1800-2200 miles a week. (1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10)

    Cons

    Don’t expect to make money. It is only a starter company. You’re only going to be here for the experience.

    Preferential treatment and the management staff treatment of their drivers.
