    Pros

Eh.. the place sucks so the cons outweigh the pros.

    Cons

Do not work here. Awful starter company.
There training sucks. They charge you like $3800 to go to school. You get old trucks and trainers that don't care.
When you get on the road you get some crack head trainer that wants to use you for miles for 6 weeks, and you may still not know how to back up.
Low miles on otr. Low pay. .36 cents a mile.
Do not work for dedacated Target. They are more concerned about tiny scratches it the trailer. They check every night when you get back. Then If they find a scratch they use it against you to f you out your job.
When you file for unemployment they fight it and bring all the paperwork on you, to use against you.
    Stay away from Swift!
If you want to get started in trucking go to a private school and get financing.
Oh I forgot to mention your certificate for completing school at Swift is given to you on cheap copy paper.
Also they use cameras in the trucks. They say it's for safety. But don't believe that for a minute. The cameras sole purpose is to screw drivers out of their jobs.

    Advice to Management

Don't talk to management. They are all just a bunch of poor pitiful politicians.

    Pros

No pros, non, they're lying about being in control of anything

    Cons

No life, not even taking a bath, or going to a doctor for a headache without getting fired for it.

    Advice to Management

Quit being mean over things the driver can't control

    Pros

It's a job. Better for minorities on treatment

    Cons

Elders 60 year olds.. out 21 days long hours ignored if deathly ill upon calls from home and driver disabled... ignored for deadly storms and evacuation areas..

    Advice to Management

The elders will start to sue. This is inhumane treatment. Give the elders the local jobs. Answer your emergency call ins.

    Pros

Dedicated account home time is the only plus.

    Cons

Several Driver Managers are not Driver friendly, unorganized, rude and downright incompetent.

    Advice to Management

The incompetency and rude behavior to your Drivers when you are not there is causing attrition in employment, reduced profit and inefficiency in getting the job done.

    Pros

    Harder and harder to tell

    Cons

Disorganized, leadership is nonexistent, everything is everybody else's responsibility, 0 accountability, illegal and unethical business practices are condoned and hushed.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees that are tasked with performing the job and advising you on the issues, especially if you ask your employees what could be improved and then do nothing about the issues that are brought to your attention. The company spews hypocrisy about morals and ethics and then never practice what they preach.
