Pros
My DM was a legitimately good person.
Cons
Pay is low compared to other companies. Home time is scarce, assuming you can afford to take it at all. Decent paying runs are few and far between; usually followed by extended periods of down time, followed by local runs (garbage for an OTR driver). Trucks are horribly maintained, and maintenance is never in a hurry to fix them, nor are they held to any sort of standard when they get around to fixing them. Takes upwards of an hour to get in touch with anyone in case of an emergency (break downs, accidents, etc). Never seemed to be in a hurry when it came to getting me back for Home Time. Too few DMs when compared to amount of drivers.

Pros
Lenient with home time and vacations. They worked with me when it came to my personal appointments. I loved my office team.
Cons
Like any work place, there's always some kind of BS to deal with. I just tried to ignore it.

Cons
Pay is low, you have to be on the planners to get good loads and if you're solo OTR you get last pick of loads
