    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Swim Atlanta (More than a year)

    Pros

They give a bonus if you attend all training and never mid a meeting. Not really worth all the work you have to do though in my opinion.

    Cons

Work load includes cleaning bathrooms and the pool. Constantly working even if there is none and pool is empty. Manager will make up work.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay to returning employees to more than 10 cents... That's just such a slap in the face. Make the clock in system easier.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Swim Atlanta part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

High focus on training and employee satisfaction in the workplace, I felt like I had many resources that I could go to in order to get help. The pay was competitive with other companies and they had a strong presence around the Atlanta area.

    Cons

As a summer hire there were a lot of others that were hired that did not necessarily take their job as seriously as some. Especially for a lifeguarding position, taking your job seriously is important

    Advice to Management

i would suggest taking more time to make a connection with each of your employees. We all know they are busy running the company but it helps morale.
