Pros

Got to be outside. Met some cool people.

Cons

They work you like a dog. No days off or benefits. If you ask for benefits they cut ur hours. Abusive culture that stems from the top. Low pay. Co workers often no call no show.

Pros

Got to be outside. Met some great co-workers.

Cons

The company at the top is very sexist (mostly women working there but don't be fooled). They will work you 70-80 hours with no time off. No benefits, no time off. No recognition, no nothing. If you do have a day off they will call, text and email you all day to come into work. If you don't oblige say goodbye to your job. Promotions are only like 25 cents, if you're real lucky (know someone in upper mgmt) you can get a little more. Sometimes there's no breaks, people not showing up to work is a normal thing, so you can be forced to work much longer than planned. Company over-all poor work ethic. Does not value employees at all.

Pros

They provide nice shirts with their logo. $4.00 at Walmart.

Cons

Management despises their employees. Management is compensated on margin dollars. They understaff with dedicated employees to increase their own bonuses. They select the most dedicated employees, promise them better wages, promote them into compensated positions and work them 70 to 120 hours per week. Once you figure out they cut your bonus and you realize you worked the year for $6.00 an hour the management tells you that you should be thankful to have a job. The owner and the the new president tell you about the new trucks and homes they just purchased is Florida.
