Mangement and Warehouse didn’t care it seemed drivers weren’t suppose to do warehouses jobs basically more work than they need to do sales reps never check or did Inventory for thier stores and had issues with convenience stores you told mangement they didn’t care as long as the reps and sales got their product in and comission and if a customer canceled you had to wait up to a hour some days and got the flake from the store owners and listen to owners argue with reps about not wanting or doing inventory couldn’t take it trucks go weeks with check engine lights on or until truck broke down or had issues with trucks you couldn’t drive them fleet or trucks too small and have too many miles seems too cheap to spend the money and time to update tractor fleet the shop seemed overworked at times

Some easy day but mostly long hours. Pay was okay. Most clients were very good people. Can sometimes pick routes if you have seniority.
Cons
If you don't finish they frown upon it. Lots of gossip among the entire coca cola plant. Drivers always talking behind each others back. Disorganized routes. As a driver you still need to merch some stores.
