      Pros

Pay is above average. Allows you to be creative with your work to an extent. Good benefits.

      Cons

Empty promises with advancement. This company claims that they promote from within however, in the 7 months of working there the only people to be placed in management positions were external applicants. Very long hours and very little work/life balance You are required to start work at 5:00am and you typically are not off until 3:00pm on a good day. In my time as a representative I worked a total of three weeks that resulted in less than a 60+ hour work week. Also, this is a VERY labor intensive job which will make you exhausted everyday you work. It is a grind each and every day and it leads to a very difficult work/life balance with a family. Poor Management. If you have an issue and bring it up with a management, the popular response is “this job is not made for everyone”. This leads to mentality that they believe they can fill your position at any given time and they fully embrace that attitude from my experience.

      Best pay to lifestyle ratio

Jan 25, 2019 - Merchandiser in Bellevue, WA

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great pay with unlimited overtime Union benifits Full independence once proven you can work independently MASSIVE support from all levels within the company; once you prove your dedication to good business, management will move the earth to solve issues WITH you Every employee acts with one goal as a front line employee regardless of their position; even the highest regional manager will work in the trenches if that's what is required.

      Cons

VERY long hours - range from 10-15 hours every day Look at your work load for the day, make a plan then throw it in the garbage. Everything is a variable and you can not control any of them. Something will go wrong everyday and you must find a way thru. Clients are harsh and condensing. Keep your skin thick. You are a freight worker in a retail environment. It is difficult to balance those two concepts. Your the single face between two multi-billion dollar companies, that is a lot of pressure at times. Frontline training is poor. If your not a lateral hire and have no experience, your mostly going to have to figure it out on your own.
