    Friendly colleagues, nice work life balance.
    Fun culture, value work-life balance a lot
    Great place to work as an intern, and shall consider going back!

    Shall be nicer if staff discounts could be more generous, not just comp stay but maybe also discount while booking like starwood or marriott.

    Pros

    The hotel has a good exterior and interior design made of cheap looking material. The location is considered to be a expensive area.

    Cons

    Full of politics and lack of internal accountability. The hotel Management brought in many people from his private encounter which makes the hotel very messy. The hotel has a structural defect which induce to many incurable issue such as sewage smell and water leakage

    Be sincere and caring for your people.
