I worked at Swiss Chalet full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Ownership is fair, for the most part, opportunities are there to advance if you devote the time to chase them. Benefits are fair.

    Cons

Long hours and huge workload, having to stay longer to complete job tasks. Work life balance isn't there, at least at some locations

I have been working at Swiss Chalet full-time for more than a year

    Pros

No side duties to perform at the end of shift like the wait staff.

    Cons

Unionized location. Long hours and no weekends off unless you make prior arrangements.

    Advice to Management

Fairly good place to work. Owners are nice enough, as are the staff. Give managers the same benefits in the same time period as wait staff.
