    I worked at Swisscom

    Pros

They have great projects; small medium, and big. You can work most of the time very independely. The wages are pretty good as well as the other benefits. Even if it is a big it service provider for Switzerland, you are able to bring in your ideas in realizing projects. My boss was very generous and let me do my work pretty independently. off course, the results and customer satisfaction was needed to be good as well. I could compensate all my overtime as well as taking days off when ever I want it. It was also possible to work from home if the work did allow that. There was no strict presence time. If we had not much to do, I could show up late and leave early.

    Cons

As in all big companies, politics play sometimes a role. Sometimes, we had to offer lower prices just to get the contract. That was putting pressure on the people who did the project finally.
