Pros
-Directors are approachable -Stylish office location in Gloucester Quays - easily accessible by numerous public transportation systems -Great office comradery with colleagues helping each other to further educate themselves to better serve the client's interests -Basic pay is ok , however easily negated by the earning capacity through the commission structure in place -This is a place where if you are a positive and driven individual with the ability to learn and close then the pay will reflect that -Regular team building exercises and excursions (Paintballing / Rock climbing) ensure the warmth and synergy of the team environment is maintained -A relaxed and welcoming environment for those who have self-drive and a desire to earn great wages each month
Cons
-None that I can think of! This is down to again the directors Jack and Dan being amenable to every member of staff and if there is a way to improve or help an individual they will go above and beyond to help
