    Pros

Easy to advance. Most of the people are courteous but then you have a few who think they know it all.

    Cons

Attendance policy is horrible especially if you're I'll or pregnant. They should also have a point system set up.

I have been working at Sykes Assistance Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There are honestly NO pros. Unless you think working at home will be nice...not with this company.

    Cons

This company is run by some of the worst people I've ever encountered. They send used, old equipment. Looks like its been sitting in someone's basement for 10 years. The keyboard they recently sent has no letters on it! I complain that my equipment isn't working and they ignore ignore ignore. When they want to get ahold of you then they'll blow up your phone trying to get in touch.

The hours are terrible. You're scheduled for a 8 hour shift. Go log in, get everything ready and BAM someone comes across the screen to tell you to log out and come back in 4 hours. Come back 4 hours later and told the very same. They hire too many people so that they aren't understaffed and they end up with unhappy employees.

I too realized they were extremely nice at first and as time went on you see how they truly are. Which is rude and demanding and only caring about looking good for the company they are hired by. They constantly bring up the other companies that could possibly take Sykes business.

Basically....don't work here unless you want to have zero hours, terrible team leads berating you daily and equipment that doesn't work.

    Advice to Management

Do an extensive overhaul of everyone in charge because they are a bunch of unhappy and rude people.
Also, don't send employees broken equipment.
