Great people; one of the best technology platforms in existence; high ethical standards; excellent benefits; we're investing in ourselves again; everyone seems to be happy again with how senior management is operating the company
Promotions seem to depend on how chummy you are with your first level VP - I've only had one promotion in over 9 years with the company with excellent reviews each year (compared to annual promotions in my previous company); my net pay has been relatively flat over 9 years (low increases when you get them); there have been a lot of layoffs over the past couple of years - though this seems to have abated this past year
Advice to Management
Let employees know what needs to be done to get promoted and then promote them when they do it. Keep up the good work on communication and self-investment.
