Pros
Leads are the best in the market hands down. The metrics are very predictable in terms of lead conversion. The company closing rate metrics are available to the agents also for every lead type produced. The culture is amazing as well, extremely happy working here; the support here is unmatched and this is coming from someone who came from another IMO that was overhyped. I would not trade this even if another company offered 5-10x the contract level that is offered here. I've seen many people get enticed by "higher" contract levels just to get duped and then return here, even whole entire agencies coming here.
Cons
The only con I can think of is if you are looking for a "job", it may not be for you. You need to accept that this is a 1099 position and that requires someone with an entrepreneurial spirit. I think most people that experience success understands that it's going to require discipline and personal growth. I accepted that comes with challenges and became extremely happy after going through some obstacles along the way. If you don't have self-discipline, this will not work for you. This type of opportunity can not be half-hearted.
