Interesting physical work environment. Some nice employee perks.

Too many to list to be quite frank. The employee perks were nice but upper management in some departments was trash. Infighting and gossip were rampant.

There are not many problems with this company at all. The partners are great, but maybe one con would be the size of the company right now is still small and everyone works in the same room.

The company culture and working environment

Small and a tight group. People treated each other not only as colleagues but also many of them as personal friends. Very often got a family feeling.
Cons
The total compensation package is no where close to what I enjoy now in a large/ multi-national company. There is no or very limited career growth. The working environment was often filled with chaos because of lacking the organized structure.
