    I worked at Symphony full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    You think you are in the top innovative company, but it is the opposite. Product is not good at all and nobody use it in banks. CEO is a joke and his product is a great lie especially all his security and compliance speech. Slack should be more used in banks. I do not understand why Such amount of money was invested into such a bad technology

    Cons

    Valuation is completely non sense. They treat you as disposable and working with chat is a nightmare

    Stop lying

    Communication technology poor management client experience

    Cons

    Change all the time.. Not good hierarchy.. Useless manager and very arrogant CEO.....

    Advice to Management

    Your product is useless and stop spending investors money with no purpose.. It is a joke to have raised 250 Millions USD with so little business usage...
