I worked at Symphony Teleca full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

India division is awesome, good work life balance
    Great employee engagement in India
Got one of the best CEOs I would say
The engineers (QA/DEV) are very talented and a decent talent pool
Decent, on par wages in the USA as per USCIS for L1 and H1

    Cons

There are personal opinions from experience:

Hardly any onsite projects, USA specifically
No body even bothers that you are one of the employees in US
Mainly if your duration for onsite is for a year, that's it, after that its very very very hard to find projects
US policies off-late changed a lot and not employee friendly
    No employee engagement
Green Card process is poor, none, a nightmare + Immigration team slacks off
Most managers are offshore, they just think you aren't doing anything onsite, no respect and don't even have 1x1's until the day you resign
Appraisals are very much one way, whatever client says comes to you, but often clients vent on you for the goof-ups offshore
Mid-senior management is probably the poorest (like Directors, Senior Directors) and run the show Godfather style sometimes

    Advice to Management

Please engage employees onsite, they are also part of the same company
US benefits and policies should be on par with other companies
Employees should be inspired and motivated
Respect and train employees onsite because they face the clients every minute and represent the company/offshore/management.
