    Pros

Friendly environment. OK place to work and learn for entry level. Did not experience a lot of growth. However, some find it an Ok place to grow if you work for the right department.

    Cons

The company seems to still be looking for some direction departmental wise. The traditional work hard and let the numbers and your efforts represent you does not exist. You have to put on a perception act to have management's attention and ultimately move forward the ladder.

    Advice to Management

The focus seems to be getting the orders out of the door to the customers as fast as possible. Sometime way too fast. For some matrix, this is a great thing. For quality purposes, this is a nests of issues.
    My advise is slow down.
