- "Upper management does not relay vital information to employees lower on the totem pole, nor do they apparently relay info to one another." (in 1 reviews)
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
-small, employee owned company with opportunity to work on many different projects -employees are all wonderful people and very easy to collaborate with -the benefits are amazing -when you need a computer program for a project, no middle man or copious amount of paperwork, you can get it the same day -very friendly environment -understand good work/life balance -excellent communication with employees in your department
Cons
-some projects go on for months, though work on a 10 on, 4 off schedule, so you can still see family
- Current Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★
Pros
Small company with plenty of opportunity for growth.
Cons
In process of getting new President.
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Decent benefits. Somewhat flexible schedule.
Cons
Lots of promises for opportunities when hired, but you'll never see them. Expect to be pigeon-holed into a rigid system of work for a single client without opportunity for advancement. Unreasonable last-minute changes and revisions to previously-approved work are extremely common but could easily be avoided if communication were better (or existed at all). Communication here honestly could not be worse. Upper management does not relay vital information to employees lower on the totem pole, nor do they apparently relay info to one another. Meetings are redundant and lead nowhere. Solutions to problems are proposed and then nothing is done to implement those solutions and everyone wonders why the problem still exists. Big problems with elitism of the upper management. Underlings are treated poorly and with no respect. On top of no regard for ridiculous amounts of re-work, a company retreat was planned on the day of a major report due date, so while upper management went and played, lower status employees had to stay and finalize. Lots of "woke-ism" in the company culture and upper management makes it very clear what side of the political spectrum they fall on. Company-wide emails were sent regarding white guilt and other inane virtue signaling.

Pros
Unfortunately, there aren't any pros about this company.
Cons
Company is losing employees fast. Hostile and toxic environment. Supervisors bully employees to get what they want. Frowned upon if you don't work 60+ hours a week. Absolutely no communication among staff. Absolutely no diversity in the workplace. Innovation is not welcome. Unable to acquire new clients.
