Benefits are pretty good as far as health insurance, 401k matching, time off etc. Salary is competitive.
Cons
Overwhelming workload. Executive/Mgt team doesn't seem to support additional resources in over-head departments even though it is desperately needed. You are just expected to do everything. If you don't, then you are not doing your job and it will either affect your bonus or you are under-performing. It's a recipe for burnout and finding a work/life balance here is difficult. I do not recommend working here.
