    Pros

The organization is undergoing significant change from a group within a bank to a technology company. That means lots of opportunity to influence the direction and to do new things that most professionals don't get the chance to do. It has new leadership that is invested in creating a great company for employees to work at and customers to work with. Many people have a long history in the business and are passionate about what they do. There is a lot of growth potential for employees.

    Cons

Because it is a new company, there is ambiguity and that can be hard for anyone seeking a structured environment.

    Advice to Management

Keep focusing on the employees and the customers - it will pay off in the end. Keep an open mind and an open door.
