    Pros

Good people, money, overtime if you want
    Good bonuses and savings plans

    Cons

Too much management and not enough operations. When sitting at a table during a shutdown and 3 of the 5 people are management, there is a issue.
Management has no idea what we do, or how to do our job. Yet they will tell you how to do your job.

    Advice to Management

Turf all the useless management filler roles and return to having fully staffed operations and maintenance teams
