Lot of micromanaging, complicated processes. Everything is just good marketing. Almost no additional perks. Hybrid office model ia must. Flexible working hours ( you can start from 9 to 18) actually means that office meetings can be scheduled at 17:30, or you need to be there for client until 18:00 so there is no real flexibility. Private health insurance covers only basic services.

A big company with lots of opportunities in career growth. Many different projects that you can work on including the newest technologies. Good salary for all levels. Nice and friendly atmosphere, flexible work time, travels.
Cons
Same problem as all outsourcing companies, there is uncertainty if you will stay in the same project and how long. I changed 3 projects during 1.5 year span, involuntarily.
