The use of Revit and the knowledgeable staff that actually knows how to use it. They also train you to use Revit, and the overall patience of people learning it is nice.
The lack of organizational skills.

Management is good, but can be improved. They can sometimes appear slightly disorganized.

Need to go after more "design oriented" work, and should consider how internal teams are built, organized, and managed.
