1. My self Rakesh Reddy and I have worked in synectiks for three years as a storage administrator. I feel it is a good environment and good people. 2. Synectiks give opportunity to new comers and encourage them to deliver the work efficiently. 3. They provide good training and encourage to do the certification. 4. Good support from the CEO Satish Valluripalli. He always encourage all the employees and give opportunity to prove. 5. I feel like a family atmosphere. Frequent teamoutings,potlocks and also encourage in playing sports. 6. Good place and good people to work. 7. I suggest it is the best place to start the carrier because there you can learn lot of things.
