This company has great people to work with, and I had a wonderful experience there. There was a lot of positive energy and a strong sense of community.

    Cons

There were not any downsides to working at Synergis. I really enjoyed my experience there and would recommend the company to others.

    Great Company

    Pros

One of the best, most flexible companies I've worked for. You're able to own your job and management is open to recommendations and changes. CEO has a lot of passion and drive to push the company forward.

    Cons

Paid vacation time is limited, but depending on management is flexible.

    Pros

Benefits were great! CEO was approachable. Team building experiences.

    Cons

Brought in middle management rather than promoting from within. Too focused on "sales" numbers. Favoritism.

    Pros

Laid back atmosphere and the CEO tries to get to know the employees.

    Cons

It's a small start up company, so it is trying to understand the market trends for financial gain.

    Indescribable On Many Levels

    Pros

    Flexibility, location and some co-workers

    Cons

Salary Is the absolute worst for many reasons. You can not retain good talented people and not pay them their worth or give them adequate pay increases. What I find to be ridiculous is new hires with no real experience, fresh out of school etc who end up making thousands more then others for the same position/title. There is constant run around when it comes to salary increases and promotions. I’ve seen people who don’t do anything and constantly want to delegate their job duties on others get promoted, title changes and pay increases. Another con is allowing certain individuals to do and say whatever they want to people and think that it is ok. Nobody cares about the little people who are basically the foundation for the company success and it’s very upsetting.
