    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Pioneer in a huge new market opportunity, recently merged with main competitor (Steris), little competition in marketplace, tremendous pressure on customers to change in response to Obamacare.

    Cons

Difficult CEO, decisions made in UK by execs who don't understand non-UK markets, leaders not empowered or committed to decisions, revolving door at the executive level in US, low quality and customer satisfaction, big focus on cost cutting, unrealistic annual objectives, low pay.

    Advice to Management

Don't try to run US or APAC from UK, embrace Steris management approach and best practices, set realistic expectations, make a decision and stick with it for at least a year.

I worked at Synergy Healthcare full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

My position was very much created for me and I didn't really have a boss so I was trusted to make it out as I went. I was able to deliver all my objectives successfully. My first promotion and raise was a big jump

    Cons

Managment was very sloppy upper management was sloppier. Many facets of the company are just starting ground floor. If you're not self motivated and have great integrity in your work you will not thrive

    Advice to Management

Take better care of your employees and don't let them get set up by the nurses union like I did
