    I really enjoyed working with all of the customers that I interacted with on a daily basis, enjoyed the coworkers that I worked around

    Constant change in policy/procedures from both Synergy itself as well as from Ring; change in management

    Pros

    It pays pretty good for entry level. You get a paycheck

    Cons

    Company doesn’t care who they hire the place is a revolving door. There is no incentive to stay there longer then a few months if you need a job to float you for a while. Training classes are sometimes 30+ people and this is a 3rd party company you won’t know what your schedule is until the end of training and you might not even get your schedule then. You will be handling close to 50+ calls a day and you will be troubleshooting a hardware that is at the customers home. Everyone working in the environment is stressed out due to call volume. The work environment is also very strict no cell phones out on the floor no open soda cans and no smart watches. They say this is for PCI compliance but the building is musty and the bathrooms smell terrible so what’s the point really if you don’t even look the part. Think long and hard before you take a job here especially if you want to grow and be at a company for a while. If those are your goals this is not the place for you. If I could give his place 0 stars I would.

    laid back atmosphere, casual dress code

    Cons

    Upper management is disrespectful and rude. General manager has no people skills and does not care about employees. Shady practices, paying employees who are friends when they are not working, double billing clients for employees... very clicky, if you are not part of the "in crowd" you are at a great disadvantage.

    Pros

    The energy at synergy solutions was tremendous I looked forward to another work-day it allowed me to think and master the trade of production with uncompromised conditions

    Cons

    The down side of synergy solutions, was when making accomplishments and time of the work day has come to an end.

    Pros

    The training process is very detailed and the supervisors take there time to make sure that you understand the information before you get on the phones. It's a good work environment and management is usually willing to work with your schedule. This was my first call center experience and it was a great way to start.

    When calls are slow there is VTO that is given which in the end leads to lack of hours worked.

    Pros

    Male team lead, Renaldo George, is a very positive working professional. Position offered in Tech Support, its responsibilities and duties are great.

    Cons

    More training time for complex duties and responsibilities is highly encouraged. More training time allows candidate to be more confident in position.
