I have been working at Synesis IT full-time (Less than a year)
A very good place to start IT career. To get the mix of corporate culture and free work space with open task, Synesis IT is one of the model.
Location: A very good location for IT professions.
Environment: Nice and adaptable environment for everyone. Very friendly.
Work flow: Perfectly fine as a corporate office.
There is also some problems also with this company.
Work hour: 8.30am to 6.30pm. It is too much.
Salary: Salary structure is not much of good. And salary time is not also define. In some month salary may be given at 5th or 6th day of the month, some month it may go to 25th to 26th day of the month.
Infrastructure: Technical persons are not available.
Formalities: Too much formalities on unnecessary stuff.
