I worked at Synfora full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Sharp technology and customer focus. Clear aim is to get the work done to meet/exceed customer expectations. Highly motivated and brilliant people.

    Cons

Company is a startup, which has disadvantages at times. Business outlook is heavily dependent on semi-conductor industry fortunes. Limited resources can effect prospects at times.
