    The pay is equal to that area

    Cons

    Very small plant. You are either in or out. Some units are not very diverse. Good old boy culture

    Bring DIversity to MPF unit

    Pros

    Good people, team work, exposure to new technologies and chemistries. Good pratices for knowledge management. Good training opportunities. Ok benefits and vacation.

    Cons

    Favouritism for growth opportunities, no value for hard workers and drivers, cost cutting all the time. Management does not accept mistakes.

    Advice to Management

    Value and grow right people. Accept mistakes and look forward. Pay right amount to get top talent.

    Pros

    Good benefits.Good salary. Opportunities for advancement within the company. Many locations throughout the US and throughout the world, so relocation is an option if that is interesting to you.

    Cons

    Bureaucracy.
    Very focused on performance for the current quarter/current year without paying attention to the long term.
    Many managers are moved around in the corporation and have little knowledge of their specific area.

    Advice to Management

    Simplify! Streamline processes. Fewer meetings but more transparency. Listen to people who have product or industry experience.

    Some managers clearly deceived the company that product development was further along than it was - in order to have a large payout.

    Very flexible, supportive if you have the right manager

    Cons

    constantly in transition; goals and objectives keep shifting; in reduction mode before going private; constrictive global economic pressures on the industry.
