    Relationships with co-workers are important. Word hard. Work smart.

    Some of the training programs are not as developed as large banks, but training is available.

    Pros

    Compared to other large publicly traded banks, Synovus is really organized in terms of training and process. The culture is one that inspires growth and development, and management is accessible and seems open to new ideas. Work-life balance is highly valued and employees are well respected regardless of rank.

    Cons

    Pay isn't the most competitive in the market but the culture and work-life balance make up for this to some degree.

    Advice to Management

    More training could help employees with new systems that are being rolled out.
