employees are friendly & hard-working; almost 4 weeks vacation time;
horrible interdepartmental communication; mediocre benefits/pay; required to work overtime; they don't prefer to promote or hire from within (career advancement is virtually non-existent); very low-tech company (ancient computers, internet system, software, lab equipment, etc)
Advice to Management
suggest executives stop allowing inexperienced CEO to make critical decisions about the direction the company is going & allow more qualified staff & management to lead
