    Pros

    Get opportunities to work on various technologies, u can learn faster than other organizations, one can go up the ladder quickly

    Cons

    No green card is filled, salary hikes r very less, constantly need to work in pressure scenarios , lots of politics in placed

    Need to pay deserving employees need to file GC

    Pros

    Back in the days.. good learning opportunities

    Cons

    Only favoritism is valued for promotion and next level opportunities
    Seniority and quality work is of no value
    Loosing client confidence.. not a preferred vendor for lots of portfolios
    Leadership thinks they still have control on client side but actually they don't
    Lack of growth opportunities

    Advice to Management

    High time to wake up and start taking care of your senior resources who really wish well for the company and brings real business instead of manipulative EMs.

    None, this job is horrible

    Cons

    You'll have to constantly move, there is no culture, no diversity, no mobility, unreasonable management, 50k as an engineer? Are you kidding?!! HR sucks with exception of a few people.

    Advice to Management

    Fair pay, build culture, don't expect me to move my life for 50k

    Pros

    Nothing i can say expert they have very very bad mouth HR people for their benefits..

    Cons

    No motivation
    Bring billing otherwise you will be treated like a homeless/sick guy about to die.
    No ethics and very bad culture in treating people.. anyone can harness you irrespective of how good and experienced resource are especially HR / operations guys.

    Advice to Management

    Close it and reopen a consultancy for any laundry or cleaning service.

    Pros

    Onshore chances are bright. Thats only one good part i could think off. Is good if you already are a GC or citizen.

    Cons

    Management needs to think more for employees.
    Salaries of the employees should be better. Its high time to take care of employees.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of employees. And start processing GC. You lost all good people just for GC

    Worst management ..
    No growth
    No long term plans
    Just works as a manpower supply
    Managers are having very poor skills interma of company growth .
    From years they are trying to reach 1 billion from 920 millions but they are unable to do so and as per me they will never touch it

    Try to be think in long term perspective don't be happy with sort term plans and progress
