    1. Better Onsite opportunities, when compared to Infy, CTS, TCS
    2. Lot of Banking clients

    Cons

    1. Salary at onsite is pathetic
    2. Insurance is the worst.

    Advice to Management

    Its not worth my time to advice Syntel's Management

    Bad managers. no recognition for the achievement. Dont pay as per market standard. no career development
