    Pros

    Good environment lookup in chennai and pune.
    Onsite opportunity is there

    Cons

    Salary compensation for offshore is very less compare to other companies.
    Maintenance is not good.

    Advice to Management

    Management team should be improve .

    working hours is too long in syntel.

    Givesome facilities to employess in terms of infrastructure & outdoor games.
    Working hours cut to 8 hrs.

    knowledge sharing is quite good

    Cons

    no good salary package in terms of the kind of work one do , which involves high volume and more risk . In short : More risk , less reward .
