    Don't confuse the employees. Give proper attention to their grievances.

    Pros

    They offer good pay package that fails to deliver.

    Cons

    No support from mgmt when it comes to work. They will think of excuses not to pay your salary and fire you after you work for them.

    Advice to Management

    Stop scamming people. If you cant effort to hire people with the skills dont try to get one and in returns fail to pay them.

    Being as an employee in Syoninfomedia, I do not see any changes needed as of now. We have management and leaders here who always try their best to manage company environment always.

    Management is at best, they always listen to us and do best for us. I am honored to be a part of this great company.Thanks a ton to Syon who choose to me.

    - 5 days a week
    - Environment is comparatively calm

    Cons

    - Favoritism at its peak
    - Unstable mind of management
    - Company doesn't have a vision, frequently changes it's core ideas for revenue.
    - Some middle management employees running their job on the basis of "personal" relationships
    - Some of the big decisions (like firing an employee) seem to be depending on the "mood" of the management.
    -Biased towards female employees, partiality with male ones.
    - Since it is a digital media marketing company, they post their own good reviews on google/glassdoor

    Advice to Management

    Get core values to culture, stop running personal agendas on the shoulders of employees
