    This place is not for those who do not want to work. Everyone carries a lot of job responsibilities, which can get blurred at times.

    - 5 days a week
    - Environment is comparatively calm

    Cons

    - Favoritism at its peak
    - Unstable mind of management
    - Company doesn't have a vision, frequently changes it's core ideas for revenue.
    - Some middle management employees running their job on the basis of "personal" relationships
    - Some of the big decisions (like firing an employee) seem to be depending on the "mood" of the management.
    -Biased towards female employees, partiality with male ones.
    - Since it is a digital media marketing company, they post their own good reviews on google/glassdoor

    Advice to Management

    Get core values to culture, stop running personal agendas on the shoulders of employees

    Pros

    Many to share - good working environment, friendly colleagues, flexible shift hours, least work pressure, employee friendly policies, 5 days week, fun @work activities, free eatable goodies..and lot more.

    Cons

    I feel that hierarchy issues do prevail as of now, but that's a very common thing when you are a start-up and just started to spread your wings. So, this will surely be overcome by the management in coming time, when headcount increases.

    You will only learn more and get the most valuable experience of your life by working at Syon. The work atmosphere is professional.

    Cons

    Sometimes it is power-cuts and most rarely monotonous atmosphere due to a heapful of work. The Company loves fun and work, both at the same time increasing the performance of the doers.
