I have been working at Syracuse University part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Awesome management! Very fun environment to work in and the patients are very easy going and laid back. The office manager is very helpful if you have any questions . The dental assistant is extremely helpful with set up and tear down, helping with cleaning rooms and setting up new trays.

    Cons

There are not very many downsides to working there. The equipment could be updated to provide easier use of hygiene instrumentation. More office meetings with the entire staff more often would be helpful to hear information from the entire team. That way we could improve office morale by understanding each others roles.
