    Pros

Management will give you a nice title

    Cons

Crude directors who have no shame, go to hospitals they contract with, say they will keep staff and then fire staff 3 weeks later

    Advice to Management

Hire people with some empathy for your contracted hospitals

I worked at SysInformation full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The office was convenient to my home and I could work from home when I needed.

    Cons

There was a great Operation Manager who left to take a new opportunity. After he left the company fell apart. No one was hired to replace him and the higher-ups who tried to run things did not have enough hands-on experience with the day-to-day happenings.

    Advice to Management

It's too late now, as the company closed its doors in 2011.

    Pros

Some of the staff is great to work with and can be a happy environment at times

    Cons

The company states one thing but it does not apply to everyone or will take back what was promised and wiggle out it. Terrible pay - very low according to the salary average for the position and does not follow thru with any raises promised. No opportunity for growth in the company.

    Advice to Management

Set a policy from the beginning and do not not state to staff or potential staff without having a committment to follow thru. Company is growing but not creating a foundation of taking care of thier staff in many ways and never standing by thier word written or not. If you take care of your staff they will make every effort to take care of you. It just does not happen here. Compensation and bonus is ridiculous for the responsibility of the staff. No opportunity for growth within the company at all.

    Pros

cannot list any that i could think of

    Cons

    pathetic and immature management
    no respect for employees
over the years the situation has just worsened while the US leadership thinks they are doing well
The dissatisfaction of employees is evident from the fact that all new Medical Billing/RCM companies sprouting in Mysore is able to lap up employees in a jiffy
The so called India leadership is only interested in cementing their existence for the time being
Little do they know that they could and will be treated in the same way in due course

    Advice to Management

Have seen there are several tenured, educated and experienced people on the Management team. Yet it is surprising that you are unable to make changes to the way employees are treated. The leaders you choose in the India unit have been historically sub-standard to say the least barring very few. This is very evident from the fact that a sustainable and loyal employee base remains a dream. It hurts when we hear the words of disrepute in the market about this organization and can all but repent we ever worked for this organization

    Pros

    Steady inflow of projects
    Strong financial backing

    Cons

    Immature Leadership team
Cannot remember a single project that was approached with a proper plan in place
Hiring and workflow management is an eternal joke
New practices about work hours is nothing but inhuman
Even the top leadership team in India is tried and then fired in short spans, the exception being some incompetent one's who have remained from inception
No one really cares to learn from past mistakes

    Advice to Management

It is always said that you respect your employees and they will respect your customers

    Pros

    Great learning curve
    Open to new ideas

    Cons

    Less pay
    People managent should be learnt
    Equality should improve
    Service bond for everything
Only top management gets paid high rest all are made to work and given meager hikes
Worst appraisals- excel sheet of mistakes are maintained to prove an employee isn't worth the hike.

    Advice to Management

Stop being opportunists and look at the welfare of employees and they will automatically help in building the company.

I have been working at SysInformation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The reasons why people choose this company are -
    1. People coming from other states are more attracted to the atmosphere and cost of living of Mysore. Otherwise there are much better companies in other cities.
    2. People who are from the same city don't have any other option. There is no any better or bigger company in Mysore. So they have no competition in terms of salary comparison.

    Cons

If i make out all the points, i will reach glassdoor's maximum word limit to write a review. Below are the points - 1.) Sign a bond and you are trapped. 2.) No job satisfaction at all. 3.) I have seen my colleagues crying on their appraisal day. The appraisal calculation methods are out of a normal understanding. 4.) Be ready to sign warning letters for everything you do which they don't like. 5.) They assign 2 days of work to you and you are expected to finish that before half day. 6.) Management doesn't care about the employees. 7.) If you come on time and go on time, your manager thinks that you are good for nothing. Average shift time i have observed here is almost 11 hours. But no any extra compensation or overtime payment. 8.) No appreciation for whatever you do. 9.) No motivation for performance improvement. 10.) Most of the employees are waiting for the completion of their bond so that they can move out of this bad environment.

    Advice to Management

It looks like the management has made up its mind to keep up what is going on currently. No advice can change them. Rather than that i would advice employees to go for other better companies.
