One of the best things about Sysomos is that everyone is pulling together toward a common goal and vision. In addition, the culture encourages everyone to speak up and for people to listen and take action. Its a very exciting environment comprised of very talented people that work as a team.
Cons
It's a very competitive industry. Takes hard work and commitment to succeed. Not a place for faint of heart.

zero vision or strategic thinking driving company. management mistakes "activity" for progress CEO is an ego maniac - and micromanages extremely tactical details that add zero value to the company vs. focusing on strategic leadership of the company. penny wise and pound foolish. Inexperienced senior management team Raleigh office feels very Trump-y.
