    I worked at Systech International full-time

    Pros

    Coffee machine was great, large lunch area, surrounding area was lovely to walk around. Occasionally, a fun party was thrown.

    Cons

    Some employees were cheerful and social, while many were not. Put a damper on most days. Management was rude and quickly shifting before our eyes.

    respect your employees. Treat them like people

    This company has evolved since I came aboard in 2014. Systech promotes growth and is a nurturing environment. Very Flexible. Company offers several benefits to its employee

    Systech's technology is on the cutting edge. Like any software company technological advancement does not come without challenges, but we continue to demonstrate that we have the right team for these challenges. Plus we have great leadership to make it happen. Systech has so many amazing people working around the world and they all have the best interest of the customer at heart.

    Outside of regulatory compliance solutions for serialization in pharma, there's not a lot of market awareness about the company's other offerings yet. There have been a few key personnel changes at high levels which caused some brief uncertainty amongst the teams- especially the more long term employees that hadn't experienced that type of change.
