I have been working at Systems Research full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The team, the opportunity for recognition / reward, independence, and compensation.

    Cons

The work , but it's worth it. It's doing the work that makes SRI successful.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it going forward.

I worked at Systems Research full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Commission structure, great place to learn valuable business skills, fun team, competitive environment.

    Cons

Very old school. Very, very old school. Set in their ways and resistant to change. No 401k, medical benefits are way subpar, 100% commission, fear/trust problem culture, very little perks, sterile work environment, you stay late on Wednesdays (till 8pm).

    Advice to Management

Business continues to change and as revenues level out, perhaps take a look at how you've been doing business and look for additional ways to improve. Not all change is bad. Don't be afraid of technology. STOP pressuring people to come in on Saturdays and Sundays. You get my M - F, you're not entitled to my weekend.

    Pros

Nice music playing and if you are gay all white men with 1 lady who is there because she is related to someone.

    Cons

If you like no 401k, no beni's have two diffrent bathrooms depending if you have to go # 1 or #2. IT couldnt be more of a controlling place to work. No salary, 100 commision. You work for free for 3 weeks. Then they tell you about Saturdays and some Sundays. PASSSSS

    Advice to Management

Worry more aboutr results then controlling the crap out of your employees.

    Pros

One of the better compensation plans in the industry. The work atmosphere is pretty good. Employees/management are very friendly.

    Cons

Robotic work hours including sitting in your seat from 8AM to 12PM - stand up at 12PM and sit back in chair at 1PM and you cannot leave until 5PM. Getting early, staying late and coming in on Saturday mornings are encourage. You work on 100% commission with a weekly draw check that would not be enough to pay your car payment.

    Advice to Management

Have better training (currently watching DVD's for 2 straight days is not the answer). Ease up a bit. Help coach underperforming employees.
