    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at TÜV Rheinland full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Work Life Balance, and some great, great people.

    Cons

"New" sales reps are brought in to grow a territory. Compliance is a two year selling cycle, 6 months is not realistic as a ramp up. The veteran sales reps do not prospect. The new reps prospects are dissolved and absorbed by the veterans. Unless you get one of the veteran/sr. sales rep territories with existing accounts, consider this a temporary job.

    Cons

    - lack of training - Upper level management doesn't know what goes on in each shop - Hire and fire if manager targets aren't met

    Re-invent/innovate your business and management.

I have been working at TÜV Rheinland full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Its a job. Can be flexible.

    Cons

Employees are miserable. HR is non-existent or "too busy". Facilities are unkept and disgusting. Management in every dept is incompetent and there is no structure or oversight from headquarters in Germany. Pay is low.

I worked at TÜV Rheinland full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Zero pros, this place is awful

    Cons

There is no structure here. Employees love to bend the rules and work “flex hours” unapproved because some management is across the country and cannot keep a watchful eye on employees. HR doesn’t take their job seriously with reprimanding bad employees. No training is provided to new employees. Raises don’t ever happen. The entire company is setup so unstable with constant layoffs or firings. The company is slowly going...

    Advice to Management

Come up with a plan for structure. Take your job seriously!
