    Pros

    Multinational company with internacional environment, with a challenging work. Confortable work, and with good opportunities if you manage the right people.

    Cons

    Too much pressure, with not enough resources. Employees conditions could be better, salary for example. Not too much valoration of workers.

    Advice to Management

    Try to take of your own employees, improving HR management.

    High level professionals with lots of acumen in what they do.

    Cons

    Project execution is stressful. People gets sometimes unpolite when things dont go well.

    Need to build a better career plan.

    Compensation & benefits as in the engineering market

    Cons

    Little career opportunities, both to promote and to change department.
    The culture of continuous improvement is not promoted

    I worked at Técnicas Reunidas full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The Company hires very qualified staff.
    One of the best EPC companies in Spain.

    Cons

    Poor job stability of the construction staff. Too many temporary employees (supervisors, engineers...) on the construction sites.
    Bad rotations in some countries.

    Advice to Management

    Improve the living conditions of the employees in Camps as maybe food, free time activities and others.

    Review the whole process , current strategic especially locally , corporate culture , Hiring of country Managers

    Pros

    Good chances to grow professionally, if you are able to move wherever.
    Good wage, depending also on the place you are.
    Lots of confidence in young people.

    Cons

    This company is not very family friendly. Because of the type of business, it´s needed to work all week long, like other construction places.

    Advice to Management

    Is a good idea to press just the necessary, in order to avoid that the godd people leave, better coordination and care for family time will help people to stay longer

    Pros

    The ambient is good. Welcoming colleagues in a nice environment. The workload is not too bad and they will not push you too hard. The pay is just above average. Flexible hours.

    Cons

    Total lack of a career plan. Totally unable to see what will happen with you in one year. You can spend 20 years doing exactly the same, nobody will care. Pay not based on merit. You can do your best that you will never get recognition (money wise).

    Advice to Management

    Keep and compensate properly the talent and get rid of the extra weight slowing down the projects.

    Pros

    It is large international company with many projects in oil and gas industry all over the world. You have opportunity to work with specialists from different countries.

    Cons

    If you are working on site for project you have to deal with and finalize all the issues and discrepancies that happened to remain unsolved.
