I worked at T.A. Cook Consultants full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great salary, sensible work schedule, advanced processes and interesting projects. Being an industry respected organization based on their proprietary evaluation and assessment tools makes T.A. Cook able to be taken seriously and deliver on high level complex maintenance, turnaround and strategy projects. With Maindex and many other proprietary tools supporting project teams there is literally no end to the quality solutions that can be implemented to help clients reach Best In Class.

    Cons

Continuous improvement is helping Project Managers run and track projects in a more homogeneous way, instead of shooting from the hip, which sadly still exists.

    Advice to Management

Look at the Managers having the most success and apply those management tools to a systematic way of running successful projects.
